Our vision at RJN Services for TBI is to become active partners with our participants in their own rehabilitation.  We are committed to empowering individuals living with brain injury to live a life of purpose and self-determined value.  We aim to be helpful to our participants in meaningful ways, making sure they make the progress they need to make.  We are mindful of our participant’s challenges and hold ourselves responsible and accountable for assisting, teaching and guiding them into a life they can thrive in.  We believe strongly in allowing feedback to guide progress, always being flexible in determining if something is working for the participant or if changes are needed.   Our participants are the most integral part of the whole rehabilitation process and we honor our commitment to them with our integrity, compassion, accountability and professionalism.
